We provide our services at no cost to our clients this includes initial client meeting and land assessment, due diligence into suitability for development, land appraisal, full detailed planning applications including all relevant documentation and drawings.

*All of these costs are covered by land profits & we now offer cover for legal costs of up to £1500 + VAT.
