Our aim is to give our clients peace of mind by removing all the stress, cost and uncertainty that comes with selling a property on the open market.
To achieve this we start by agreeing a guaranteed minimum sale price with all our clients. If we don’t achieve the agreed sale price on the day then you walk away 100% cost free.
We cover all the usual up-front costs and communications required not only to get a property to market, but to make that property as appealing as possible to developers & investors.
This can include:
Plot clearance and staging for professional photos
Adding value with architects designs and 3D visuals
Local council, ecological and drainage searches
EICR electricity testing (so developers know if they need to re-wire)
