Our aim is to give our clients peace of mind by removing all the stress, cost and uncertainty that comes with selling a property on the open market.

To achieve this we start by agreeing a guaranteed minimum sale price with all our clients. If we don’t achieve the agreed sale price on the day then you walk away 100% cost free.

We cover all the usual up-front costs and communications required not only to get a property to market, but to make that property as appealing as possible to developers & investors.

This can include:

  • Plot clearance and staging for professional photos

  • Adding value with architects designs and 3D visuals
